What Causes Dizziness And Low Diastolic Blood Pressure Levels?
My husband is 72. We just checked his blood pressure snd pulse 121/69 with a 55 pulse rate. He is feeling dizzy. Just had a blood pressure med change lessening the mt of iuretic between it and the flomax he is on. Shoulder the dizziness subside shortly.

As per your description your husband is on two medications which can decrease blood pressure by different mechanisms. So kindly consult your treating physician to reduce the dose of diuretic. Till that give him salt water with added lemon and some sugar. It will help him to maintain Blood Pressure.
