What Causes Dizziness And Low Blood Pressure In A Heart Patient?
I am at early stage 3 CHF. I am going to be 62 shortly.3 years ago with a new Dr I was diagnosed.65% of a normal heart. last year 40 to 45%. this year at 40% and holding. I cannot mow my yard, about 6 months ago my blood pressure went thru the roof. got it back to acceptable. last week blood pressure went to low with no reason. always dizzy when standing. the lowest was 85/63 back up to decent levels now. I am on several BP meds, dieuritic s, and warfarin.

I really appreciate your concern if this is the case of congestive heart failure then it is better to take care of this, regular follow up with physician is very important for periodic echo study, diuretic is the main drug with some positive anatropic agents, reduce the salt in diet, bed rest is must, hope this information helps.
