What Causes Dizziness And Hand Tremors While Suffering From Diabetes?

Every day around the same time my husband gets dizzy, shaky hands trembling and feels exhausted and like he is going to pass out. He has type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure weighs around 300 and is 6 ft, We have checked his sugar levels and blood pressure and both were okay. What could be causing this to happen ?

You have not mentioned that what medicines is he taking. Please check his blood sugars at the time he feels dizzy. He could be having hypoglycemia.
