Suffering From Head Tremors For Long. All Of My Reports Are Normal

for the past two months I have head tremors i.e.shaking of head involuntarily. Previously I had hand tremors from child hood .I have taken thyroid, ct scan and EEG tests all are normal. Please tell me why it is shaking(other causes) Iam a female aged 36 years 72kgs and 4 feet with no hypertension or diabetes, hale and healthy.
