What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue While Suffering From Migraines?
A co-worker just experienced...migraine all morning, she tilted head felt a strain in neck and went dizzy and weak. Her eyes were very red, bloodshot and her lips were swollen. She was slurring when she tried to speak. I helped her to sit as she was weak. All symptoms subsided within a few minutes but she was still slow in her movements and speech although it was coherent. Tried taking her to hospital but ended up just having her husband pick her up, not sure if she went to hospital or just home.
When people having a history of a migraine get symptoms of a vestibule migraine they experience symptoms of repeated vertigo (dizziness, imbalance). It is an inner ear neurological problem. Fatigue can be caused by depression, anxiety, headache, etc. Fatigue triggers a migraine and reduces the quality of life.
Avoid food that triggers a migraine, exercise regularly, stay well hydrated, take adequate sleep, stay away from stress and anxiety. Get physically examined by an ENT specialist and get treated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Nupur K,
