What Causes Dizziness And Burning Sensation In The Hands And Feet?

I am 93 years old. I have been having dizzy spells, burning and tingling in my hands, and been unsteady on my feet of and on for the last few days. Any idea as to what could be happening. I have had vertigo in the past but not the sensations in my hands.

You have problem of burning sensation in hand and feet that may be because of diabetic neuropathy.

Check your blood sugar level first.
Vitamin B12 deficiency may cause burning sensation.

Check your vitamins b12 level.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea about disease.
