What Causes Dizziness Along With Leg Cramps?
today I had 2 dizzy spells. No reason can I explain. I was sitting down, and hadn t been doing anything. I have been having pretty serious leg cramps at night in the left calf. Its been 2 days since any of these. My ankle and lower leg have been swollen, to the point that it has white spots on it. Foot bottom is also very tender. I took my bp it was 169 /93 then again in 30 mins ago it was 146/85. I ve been drinking lots of water so don t think I m dehydrated

You are having dizziness along with leg swelling and cramps of leg...
Have you checked your blood sugar and B12 level ???
If not than your fasting blood sugar level and B12 level should be checked. ..
If abormal corrected accordingly ...
If diabetis there than treated with drugs or insulin if needed ...
Also investigate with ....
-CRP
-Serum urea , creatinine like RFT test etc...
-SGOT , SGPT, serum albumin like LFT .
If by examination cardiac cause suspected than EKG needs to be done for that ....
As you are having both dizziness and leg swelling , so more work up necessary like that of above I have suggested
Advise : consult physician for examination and further work up.
