What Causes Dizziness Along With Frequent Urination?

Hi. Im having problems with my body. I did have an appointment with my doctor but had to reschedule it. Im having pregnancy signs but then i started to bleed. Its not my normal period. Its a very light bleeding. Im expericing dizziness, peeing more, my nipples are changing ( my right one is getting darker and looks like my areloa is growing but slowly, my left one has 2 green/blue veins going to my nipple. ) im supposely having mood changes. IF i am pregnant then i should be around 5 weeks.. Can you help me and explain whats going on with me? thank youu!

The light bleeding you experienced is normal in first month of pregnancy called as implantation bleeding.

All other signs you said suggest pregnancy.
Get tested for HCG levels in blood and urine for confirmation of pregnancy.
