What Causes Dizziness After A Head Injury?

I bumped my head to the inside top of my car two weeks ago. I felt a pain on the top of my head and then I could perform all my daily activities normally. I didn t see a doctor at that time. A few days later, I felt a little bit dizzy after I worked or standing a few hours, it only lasted for 10 minutes and then I felt normal. This happened twice during the last 2 weeks. Most of the time, I am Okay. What I need to do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many causes of giddiness after head injury like increased intra cerebral pressure or decreased intra cerebral pressure or intra cerebral bleed. Anything could be possible. I advice you for a CT brain plain. Consult a neurosurgeon.

Hope this will help you
Thank you
