General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, it sounds to be possible urethritis of distal urethra. Needs anti-inflammatory medications with culture specific antibiotic to cure the issue.

The erection issue is secondary to the inflammation and curing the basic pathology will revert it to normal stage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
