Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, im 18 . I would always drink coffee , almost all the time. But now, when I drink coffee I feel like its slightly uncomfortable in my chest area as I try to breathe, not as bad or as uncomfortable as before though. Why is that? Should I be concerned?
Do not concerned about this. First you should know some facts about the coffee. Coffee contains the considerable amount of caffeine. Consuming too much caffeine can cause chest pain & chest tightness. So you have to reduce the amount of caffeine you ingest. Also you can take some Antacids (like pentoprazole or rabeprazole) to reduce the gastric trouble caused by the caffeine. Just follow my advice you will be definitely benefited.
