What Causes Discomfort In Between My Third And Fourth Toe?

Hi, I have been having this weird feeling like there is something between my third and fourth toes on my left foot. It randomly happens when I am not wearing shoes. I only notice it at night and sometimes in the morning. It spontaneously occurs and stays for a few minutes and leaves. It only been happening for a few days. I am only 19 years old; I have had an increase of walking around college in bad shoes. Is it nerve damage or a sign of something more serious?

*Seems underlying fungal etiology giving rise to symptoms between third &
fourth toes , nothing serious or nerve damage .
*Take necessary precautions & you will be fine soon :
- avoid bad / tight feeting shoes or chappals
- avoid barefoot walking
- keep your foot clean with antiseptic solution 3-4 times a day , dry
- wear clean socks, change daily
- get nails cut regularly
- avoid injury / trauma to foot
- dusting powder like Clotrimazole (1%) helps a lot.
- if more pain , redness of the part , excess itching , fever , difficulty in
walking can consult your doctor.
