Hi, I am a 21 year old female. Been with my bf for the past 4 years, also are in a committed relationship. So we like to have rougher sex and he fingered me also this was 2 days ago and I for the past two days have had slight bleeding and now clotting of blood as if I;m on my period. My period should not come for another week. Should i be really worried?

Hello,
As you mentioned that both of you like to have rough intercourse, trauma could be the most likely cause. During fingering, there could have been some trauma to the soft parts which may have started bleeding after intercourse. When bleeding stays in the vagina for a longer time, it clots and is expelled thus. You should see a specialist for a proper local examination to identify the cause and plan further management. Please abstain from further intercourse until you are properly healed and maintain genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
