Hello, I indulged in unhealthy diet during a picnic. After 3 days I found higher sugar levels of 180 fasting and 243 mg/dl PP. However within 10 days thereafter average fasting sugar level (12 readings) fell to 108 mg/dl, without any medication but with low carbohydrates diet. Am I diabetic ? OR it was just flash high of sugar level. Currently my fasting sugar level is 96 mg/dl. should I continue low carb diet. during last 3 months due to low carb diet I lost 13 kgs (from 93 kgs to 80 kgs)- please suggest. My BMI is 30.2
