Hello,

If you are unable to retract your penis foreskin back, it may be painful when you have sexual intercourse. So it is better to have circumcision. Consult a specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
