What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stool?

i m 50 years old, now having a big problem in excretion. I try to eat all types of soft food but still i feel difficult to excrete the next day. i need to put extra energy to release my stool and which make my back uncomfortable especially near to the kidney, feeling very painful. if i do not excrete hard, the stool will not come out. Can doctor help me?

Hello,

You need to examination to confirm that
1. Whether your problem with constipation due to hard stools.
2. Bowel incontinence due to spinal cord problems or diabetes patients.
3. Problem with obstruction in the lumen or not.
You need to consult your gastroenterologist he will do barium meal study, colonoscopy or upper GI scope and treat you accordingly.
