What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving After Taking Ovacet And Folic Acid?

Hi, I was married on june 2014 and my age was 31. Due to irregular period that is 20 days once in a month I went to consult a gynec doctor. Diagnosed with few small cysts both ovaries. Right ovary measured 3.3 x 1.6 cm and left ovary measured 3.6 x 1.5 cm. And dont have thyroid problem. Doctor prescribed me ovacet and folic acid tablets each per day. Now my menstrual cycle is normal. But i m not getting pregnant.Please advice me whether do i need to go any further treatment to get conceive soon. Provide me any other solution.

i see such patients with PCOD in my clinic and most of them are successfully conceived

Please ask your gynaecologist for ovulational and hormonal studies
according to ovulation status your doctor will be able to tell you exactly when to have sexual intercourse to maximise the chances of pregnancy

various drugs are available like tamoxifen metformin or hormonal supplements which can lead to ovulation and successful pregnancy
