Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is significant difference in blood pressure, and this occurs due to narrowing of the vessel supplying one arm. There are multiple diseases which causes this. Common one is Takayasu arteritis, nonspecific aortoarteritis etc. You need to get Hemogram with esr, CRP, ANA, chest x-ray done. You will also need CT angiography of the vessel. Visit your local doctor and get yourself examined and get these test prescribed from your local doctor. This will need treatment and depending upon the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
