What causes diarrhoea?

Hi, currently I am experiencing diarhea, not feeling nauscious or having a fever. I was wondering how dangerous it could be, what other sympthomps I might have to look for and what may have caused it (have not been in another country for a long time, have not eaten 'unsafe' food). Kind Regards, Patient X

Hi sir/madam,
Diarrhoea usually occurs when fluid cannot be absorbed from your bowel contents, or when extra fluid leaks into the bowel, causing watery stools.
i will tell you some causative factors which leads to Dirrhoea:- poisoning (unfresh food/junk food)
2emotional upset or anxiety
3.drinking too much alcohol
4.drinking too much coffee
5.a food allergy
7.damage to the lining of the intestines due to radiotherapy or prescribed medications
8.damage to the intestines due to reduced blood supply, for example, because of a hernia.
as a ayurvedic doctor i will advice some diet and lifestyle advice to prevent this issue.

1.Sufficient intake of water and liquid foods is always adviced in diarrhoea.

2.Light, easy to digest food articles such as liquid rice, porridge are recommended. Soups made from lentils are also good in diarrhoea.

3.Fruits like sweet lime, oranges, apple, melons are allowed.

4.Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, eggs are also not allowed. Sugarcane juice is also forbidden.

5.Water is adviced to be boiled before drinking.
i am telling you some home remedies to prevent diarrhoea ,do use this when you face issue like diarhoea or stomach related problems.

1.Add 1 teaspoon of ginger to water and boil the water. Drink the mixture when it is lukewarm every one hour.
2.Take 50 gm of fresh pomegranate skin. Soak it in 800 ml of water for one hour. Boil until a quarter of the volume remains (200 ml). Store this mixture in a clean, dry bottle. Take a couple of tablespoons several times a day. If there is blood in the stools, add half a teaspoon of honey to the decoction
3.Mix one teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of common salt in a cup of water. Small doses of this mixture (around a quarter cup) can be given whenever the patient is thirsty.
4.Take one teaspoon of Isabgol (psyllium husk) with one cup of yogurt.
Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon three times a day.
5.Roast 2/3 teaspoon of cumin seeds and powder them. Add a pinch each of ginger powder, cinnamon powder and black pepper powder. Mix in 1 cup of yogurt. Eat twice a day.
as a medicine i will suggest:-
kutaja arishta:- 15 to 30 ml with equal quantity of water.
Divya Kutajghan Vati:- Take 2-4 pills (1-2gm) three times in a day.
Gangadhar Churna:- 1 spoon powder with 1 glass of water.
hope i was helpful.
thank you
