well let me start by letting you know in 2000 I had a tubaligation done and have been having unprotected sex with my fiance and here recently whenever I eat anything except bacon and eggs I get diarhea. not bad but as soon as I go I feel better I guess to have it out of my system. and im always tired. this has been going on for the last 2 weeks. I am not sure what's wrong but I hope you can advise me on what to do.

for last 2 weeks if u r having these symptoms it's most likely acute diarrohea. u need to pay attention to ur fever vomiting and abd pain. are these symptoms present.take fluids and use antibiotics for 7 days I would recommend to use tablet metronidazole 400 mg every 8hrs for 5 days . use symptomatic treatment for pain abd and fever . like paracetamol and hyoscine
