What Causes Diarrhea And Severe Headache?

Hi,Started out feeling like I was coming down with a cold 3 days ago, then developed stomach cramps and diarrhea (on the first day). 2nd day I had a severe headache, chills, hot flushes, diarrhea - and some nausea - and extreme exhaustion. Today is the 3rd, I feel somewhat less tired, there is no headache, but since I’ve woken up I’ve had stomach cramps and diarrhea (not a huge amount, but still) several times within an hour. I had initially thought I had the flu, but could this be gastroenteritis?
