General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

There is a possibility that your GIT (gastrointestinal tract) is not reacting well to these nuts and so it would be best if you could avoid them completely.

Along with this I would also like to shed some light on a condition called irritable bowel syndrome. I cannot really go into all the details and would like you to either read up further or write to me using our premium service in case you experience random episodes of diarrhea or constipation without a fever like you do when you eat the nuts.

Best wishes.
