General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with diarrhoea muscle cramps fatigue and heart palpitations following a previous gastric bypass surgery i will suggest you have developed a chronic anaemia with possible hypocalcemia (low calcium level)

In view of this please do the following test
Complete blood count
Serum calcium level

Please take the following pending the outcome of the result
Tablet hematinics
Tablet multivitamin
Calcium supplements

I hope this helps Regards
