What Causes Depression And Insomnia Along With Panic Disorder?

Im a mother of 2, 7 yrs old and 2 month old. i am currently suffer from depression, insomnia and ocd. Im have history of panic disorder and depression severel years. lastime 10 years ago im on prozac, after that im on setraline for about 3 years (have to switch due to side effect) now im on new ad called luvox now. its been 5 week now and im actually quiet depressed before im on it. im not depressed when im started but right now im more anxious ,lost appetite ,lack motivation and depressed. my concern is, am i have to continued this medication or switch, or try something new because i still dont feel the benefit rather it make me more sick.
