What Causes Delayed Periods,bloating And Vomiting?

Hi ... this is dhivyajothikannan. . I missed my periods 8 days ... and some symptoms of pregnancy such as feeling tried. Having food craving. Back pain n somewhat little lower belly pain ..and 2/3 times I vomited. . Thn frequently urinate But now that mean 9 day today from morning onwards I getting periods like pain in down belly.. and little Brown discharge I wiped ..really I confused tat I m pregnant or not.. plz need help..

Your symptoms do seem to point to a very early pregnancy especially if you never had a delayed period like this earlier and have been sexually active throughout. To clarify, I would ask you to go for the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres followed by a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram. The discharge could be a breakthrough bleed if you are not pregnant and could mean a missed/threatened abortion if you are pregnant. Further management should be accordingly planned. Take care.
