General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
There is no chance of the pregnancy as you got the normal period after the sexual intercourse.
Absence of period is the definitive sign of the pregnancy.
Your delayed period could be due to hormonal imbalance, change in life style and dietary habit, excessive stress, ovarian dysfunction.
I would suggest to wait for the period to come.
If period will delay by more than 8-10 days then consult the gynecologist and undergo clinical examination, USG scan, ovarian follicle study.
Period can be induced by the progesterone pill.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
