What Causes Delayed Periods?
im 11 days late on my period I always have a regular 28 day menstrual cycle this is my first time being this late took a pregnancy test and it came out negative haven t done the blood one because the other one came out negative so I kinda lost hope can u help me and if im not can u give me some tips to get pregnant

Please get following blood tests to know cause
TSH, Prolactin, Day2of period get LH, and FSH, fasting blood sugar and 2hours post lunch.
Pelvic ultrasound to rule out ovarian cyst.
These tests will help you to know the cause of delayed period as well why you are not conceiving.
Please ask you Husband to get semen analysis done and blood sugar levels.
