General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bothenogen injection & the pills were given for stimulating ovulation. Delay in periods can cause ovulation leading to pregnancy or improved menstruation.

Any of these two condition s or pelvic inflammation can cause increased vascularity of pelvis leading to fill pelvic pain.

You should have home pregnancy test done to diagnose or exclude pregnancy.

Get pelvic examinations by your gynecologist yo differentiate between pelvic infection or premenstrual pain & continue treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
