General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Please get a urine pregnancy test done with morning sample of the urine to rule out pregnancy. If it is negative, please consult a gynecologist. She will go for some tests like sonography, serum FSH, Prolactin and estrogen and TSH levels. The cause can be ascertained after thorough evaluation and investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
