What Causes Delayed Period/itching All Over The Body After Taking Unwanted72?
hello doctor i want your help pls help me my question is that last time on 24 August i do intercourse with my partner so next day she took unwanted 72 prevent pregnency bt next she is have icthing in full body nd she say me that she have to come periods after 2days bt periods also not come then i cant understand that is she is now pregnant or not....? pls help me pls

hello,
first of all after having unwanted 72, one needs to wait for about 7-10 days for the withdrawal bleed to occur. so it is actually very early at 2 days to expect bleeding.
secondly the itching she had is usually not common but not unheard of due to the progesterone effect. it subsides afetr some time usually.
if the periods are not returned and if she is 7 days more than her next missed periods , then it would be imperative to perform a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
so in short , she needs to wait.
