What Causes Delayed Menstruation While Taking Althea?
I am taking althea for more than a year from January 2012 to nov. 2014 then i stopped from that moment my menstruation stop until now August 2015. so i start to take althea again. i finish i pack and today is supposed to start again and still my menstruation is not coming yet?

The cause of such long duration of absent periods should be investigated. Polycystic ovaries or hypothyroidism should be ruled out.
Your body needs to adjust to the new hormone levels.So can wait for few more days.Incase of absent periods even in the next month,it is essential to visit your gynaecologist.
