What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

Hello. So, in december 2015, my last day of period in the cycle was on the 20th. I had sex on the 25th about 10pm. Not sure if it s protected or not because I was blackout drunk. I drank postinor 2 the next day, December 26 at around 9-10 am. On January 1st, I had a sudden period. And it was a lot of blood, lasted for about 3 days (considered as a short period for me since I usually have it for 7-10 days). The next period started on January 26 (blood spots), and 30 Jan - 2nd of February (regular period, but not as much blood). Today, February 18, I still haven t got my period. I usually have it around the date 10-15 each month. Could I be pregnant? I took a pregnancy test on January 25 and it was negative. Thank you so much for your help.

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
In presence of period, pregnancy is unlikely.
But sometime pregnancy kit give false result so repeat after 7 days to confirm or you can do blood HCG level or by USG that is very specific than UPT.

But I think it is hormonal imbalance due to postinor tablets, it will become regular after 2-4 months.
Also note that

Following are the reason for late periods:
1. High level of stress
2. Change in life style
3. Late ovulation
4. Excessive exercise
5. Drugs: Birth control pills/emegency contraceptive pills, tyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine
6. Thyroid problem
7. Hormonal imbalane:
For pain: Take tablet Meftal Spas Two times a day for 3-4 days.
Do regular walking and exercise.
Eat healthy diet

Also note that
Menstruation required co ordinate action of various hormone that secreted by ovary (estrogen and progesterone) and brain (FSH and LH).
If any above hormone is decreased or increased there is imbalance in menstruation.
So please do full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone.
That help to diagnose hormonal imbalance.
After confirmation you can take treatment according So please go ahead.
