What Causes Delay In Periods And Stomach Discomfort?

Hi,My period is 7 days late. I have been feeling very sick and funny in my tummy, it is often 1 or 2 days late but never this long. I am finding i feel unwell, tired and grumpy. Two tests have come back negative, but have a funny feeling they could be wrong, not sure if just overthinking! Thanks

Usually menstruation will be prolonged or preponed like 5 days earlier or late.Don't BD anxious and worried about that.Just relax.It is due to hormonal imbalance in certain age groups and may be due to PCOD.Just go for an Ultrasound rule out any abnormal things or PCOD and get treated for that.Go for regular walk drink plenty of water.Try to avoid UN necessary thoughts.Hope it may help u.
