Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism or hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease, and it can be delayed due to stress also. The pain in the left pelvic are can be due to some pathology in the uterus or ovaries, pelvic inflammatory disease, or any pathology in the bowel. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done, if negative then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
