OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that you need to repeat the urine pregnancy test after 1 week to exclude pregnancy. Also, I would suggest you to start having a course of Doxycycline for 10 days as this condition of yours can be due to infection. Also, a thyroid profile test is required to be done to rule out hypothyroidism.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
