What Causes Deep Pain Behind Calf Under Knee With Dizzy Spells?
I have been experiencing deep pain behind my calf right under my knee in my left leg, it is sometimes accompanied with dizzy spells where I feel I could pass out. I have lupus so I often have strange things happen with my body but this is new and a little concerning. Is this an emergent case?

It is not emergency for sure. But we can not ignore it. It can be DVT. So I would suggest you to to get ultrasound of calf. This will give us complete information. Till that time you should start Tablet Brufen for pain relief, and ice application. Compression bandage will also help you.
