What Causes Dark Spots And Rashes Around The Mouth Leading To Fever?

My brother is having dark spots around mouth following fever n he took medication then developed swelling on lips n pain with rashes then dark spots.Also had post fever n medication on forearm around 1-2 months back.Which medications should b used for dark spots around mouth

As per your history the dark spots and rashes around the mouth has many pathological causes.So do a full blood count with differential first as he has fever and it indicates infection present.So do not use any cream without any investigation as it is near to mouth.(Thanks)
