What Causes Dark Color Spots On Legs Of A 15 Month Baby?

my 15months old son has a dark colour spot (size of peanut) on both legs they also look like bruise but he hasn't bruised it. he has had it before and it went away by itself, i touched it and it doesnt hurt and not swollen either. but i am getting a bit worried now cause i dont know whats causing it.

2. Insect Bite allergy
3. Eczema
