What Causes Dark Circles Under The Eyes?

Hello,I have dark circles under my eyes and, it is quite noticeable. I have tried getting more sleep, drinking more fluids and consuming more vegetables mainly carrots but, I didn t notice a change. Is there anything I can do to get rid of or ton down my dark circles?I have also been wondering if you consume vitamin A, can it improve your vision? Sincerely,Greg

Vita AIs given for night blind ness and xeroph thalmia,xerosis. What you are having is hyper pigmentation of skin. This is more melanin formation with exposure to sun. one thing can be done , apply sunscreen lotion over dark circle and protect your face from expo user to sun.This may decrease further hy per pigmantetion.
