What Causes Crater Around The Vein From Frenulum To Scrotum?

heyya im 15 and im realy paranoid with the look of my penis i have a short frenulum i think thats what they are called the skin tht attatched to haed of penis and when i have a wank i noticed that the was a long vain from the frenulum to the scrotum and it cause crater or holes like aroung the vain area and i dont know what to do its effecting my self esteem when it comes tosex i whant to have an enjoyable and comftable sex life can u help and im scared to visit gps
