What Causes Cramps That Look Like Menstrual-cramps?
hello I have cramps and it feels like something is coming out of my vagina , and no I am not pregant i have not had a period in a tear and a half . I am in alot of pain . the cramps feel like menstraul cramps , I have hasd this for 2 mos but it is getting worse.

There are several causes of vaginal cramps.
It can be related to an infection, cyst or other medical conditions.
I suggest to do a vaginal swab test, an abdominal ultrasound and a complete blood count for further evaluation.
