Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to share some information. Your symptoms are suggestive of a possible mass in the pelvis, perhaps another cyst or fibroid undergoing torsion. The way you are getting some relief by adopting the fetal position is supporting this. There could also be a possibility of fluid collection as your pain in the shoulder is suggestive of an irritated phrenic nerve. Please see a specialist for a proper appraisal and a sonogram of the pelvis to help further management. Hope this helps.
