What Causes Cramps And Nausea Along With Headaches?

Hi. About 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about 4 or 5 days after my period ended and I ve been having really bad headaches and cramps and just feeling blah. And I ve also been having this odd white thick creamy discharge for the past couple of days and I m just not sure what s going on and i would like some advice please.

Understand your concern

I think you are suffering from vaginal yeast infection as you have history of thick creamy discharge.
For exact diagnosis consult the gynecologist and do test like microscopy of vaginal discharge, cell culture and also test for other STD disease.

Meanwhile you can take following adice:
Yeast infection most common due to candidiasis.
Take the following advice for it
1. Single dose oral Diflucam, if not respond you can take three dose
2. Apply Ointment trazol
3. Probiotic tablet orally/vaginally
4. Take yougort and balanced healthy diet
5. Boric acid suppository
6. Maintain hygiene before and after urination
7. Wash your vagina with warm salt water 4-5 times in a day
8. Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
9. Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)
10. Avoid sex till you get better.
11. Tablet meftal spas
12. Tablet panmax -d
13. Proper rest, drink plenty of fluids and healthy diet
