What Causes Cramping, Watery Discharge And Nausea With Mirena?
Hello, I have had the mirena iud for about 8 months now.. felt ovulation pain and twinging in my ovary area and it was painful this round... now im cramping, heavy feeling in pelvic area, watery discharge, nauseated, chills and weird achy body.. any idea on what is going on?

This can occur if mirena is placed wrongly, so do a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen to rule it out.
