Sexologist 's  Response
Hi,

If you say there is a crack on the skin and already circumcised. It can be due to
- dryness
- dry masturbation
- dry sex
- injury during sex
- forceful masturbation
- check for blood sugar.

If you had unprotected sex, we need to think of STI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
