What Causes Coughing Up Blood And Chest Pain While Suffering From Canker Sore And Tonsillitis?

My boyfriend has canker sores and severe tonsillitis, he was given amoxicillin. It s getting worse. He s coughing up blood too, all the canker sores are forming on the inner upper lip and in the back of the throat. He also is having severe chest pain, difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, swollen lips and face, tender glands, and high fever..

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, here infection need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the blood test and clinical examination too, because this could be allergic condition and if this is so then antibiotic wont work here, condition can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen" three times in day, Tab Loratadine three times in day, ask him to be in bed,, take care.
