What Causes Canker Sores In The Mouth While Treating Tonsillitis?

My daughter is a virgin and has recently been very sick with high fever, and treated for tonsillitis. During all this she formed an ulcer that looks like a canker sore (her mouth broke out with them during her illness) on her labia. Could the site be from her illness?

the lesion may be due an drug reaction , or concomitant infection of buccal mucosa, can be dueq to vitamin deficiency
