Hi, I am Soumya, 30 years old, height 4'11, weight 65.4kgs and have PCOD. I recently travelled to the US for 3 months on my husband's business trip n got back. I am a housewife. One week before leaving from the US I had bloody mucuos discharge after intercourse and that continued for about 4 days and was visible everytime I wipe. It was also accompanied by chill and fever in the evenings. After which it stopped, then had spotting for 3 days with lower back pain and on the 21 Jul(travel date) I had proper bleeding and was heavy all through my travel back to Bangalore. Once I got back, medium bleeding continued for 2 more days n stopped. Then after 3 days, surprisingly I started seeing clots with no bleeding on the pad. This continued for almost 2.5 weeks and then full bleeding with clots started. All through this time I had abdomen pain and lower backache with severe fatigue n giddiness. Then I was advised Pause MF by my doc along with Livgen tabs. My bleeding hasn't stopped at all even with Pause MF being taken past 6 days. My USG Pelvis scan shows 8mm endometrial thickness, uterine size 6.5*2.7*3.9cms and Uterus is anterverted, normal in size shape and echogenicity. Also, both ovaries are normal in size with polycystic pattern - RO: 2.9*2.4*1.9 cms, volume 7.5ml; LO: 2.8*2.3*2 cms, volume 7.2ml and no free fluid and no adnexal lesion seen. Polycystic pattern in both ovaries. I really don't know whats happening with my bleeding and why is it not stopping with Pause MF too? Could it be a miscarriage? I did a urine pregnancy test on 11Aug and it was -ve. Please advise and suggest what I need to do. I feel helpless and sad right now as i am still bleeding.
