What Causes Constipation And Passing Of Blood Streaks From Stools?
Hi I'm a 26 year old male my concern is that today and yesterday when I went to the bathroom I noticed bright red streaks going down my stools I was a lil constipated a few days ago and have been eating alot of salsa . There is no pain no other symptoms what could it be.thank you

dear low Fiber and low fruit diet with sedentary lifestyle may cause constipation. you may be suffering from hemorrhoids/fissure in anus.
avoid spicy fatty food and alcohol.avoid smoking,do regular exercise,use syr lactulose 30ml at night,if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
