What Causes Constant Stomach Ache?

HI, I have had problems with stomach/intestines(?) for well over a year. Had colonoscopy on 9/27/16. Results show that I need to have it repeated by 6 months. In the mean time, I get a stomach ache and/or go right in and move my bowels. I just took store brand Pepto which is quieting discomfort now. What should I do first tomorrow?

Simple overeating can cause dull abdominal pain, while a sharp pain after eating may indicate food poisoning or gastroenteritis , or GERD. Colicky pain comes in waves; gallstones can cause colicky pain in the abdomen.
